Andrew Richards is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, tax preparation, and emergency response. Currently serving as an Emergency Dispatcher at American Ambulance Service Inc. since July 2022, Andrew previously held roles as a Tax Specialist and Customer Service Professional at H&R Block from December 2015 to January 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Response Associate at Philips Lifeline, a Quality Assurance Specialist at Polar Beverages, and providing efficient mail services at the University of Connecticut.
