Arsen Grigoryan, CFA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Arsen is currently the Head of Asset, Liability, and Capital Management Division at Ameriabank CJSC, where they have implemented solutions using SQL, Python, R, and Java to increase productivity and save staff costs.

Prior to this, they worked at the Central Bank of Armenia for over a decade, holding various roles. As a Risk Manager, they developed a machine learning model to predict the impact of online news media on exchange rates. Arsen also introduced a liquidity forecasting framework and conducted Financial Sector Expectations Surveys.

Additionally, they served as a Risk Manager and a member of the Investment Committee at the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen, where they evaluated the performance of foundation assets.
