Leslie Nienhaus has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2022, they joined AMEND Consulting as Vice President of People. Prior to that, they worked for 84.51° from 2019 to 2022 as an HR Business Partner. From 2014 to 2019, they were an HR Business Partner and Talent Management & Corporate Communications at Kao USA, a global manufacturer of beauty products. From 2011 to 2014, Leslie worked at Seton High School as Director of Recruitment & Alumnae Relations and Director of Recruitment.

Leslie Nienhaus holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from Wittenberg University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Leslie also holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership as a CCL Certified Assessment Facilitator (2023), the National Council for Mental Wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aid at Work (2021), and Herrmann as a Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Certified Facilitator (2019).
