Jesús Casas currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at Medallia since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jesús was the Chief Executive Officer at CX Team from October 2013 to August 2022. Jesús also held various positions at Nextel de México from May 2006 to August 2013, including Director of Strategic Marketing, where Jesús designed a new commercial offer and managed average revenue per subscriber, and Director of Marketing Operations, overseeing the regional marketing team and company's point of sale image. Earlier roles included Deputy Director of Customer Insights and Customer Lifecycle Manager, focusing on customer behavior analysis and retention strategies. Jesús began the career at Procter & Gamble as a CBD Intern in 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, a Master's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Market Research Post-graduate from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
