Their roles have included product management, global product development, and customer interaction. John also has a strong background in polymer characterization, with a post-doctorate and PhD in the field. John is experienced in coordinating strategies between sales, manufacturing, and R&D, as well as maintaining relationships with key accounts in the industry.

John Forsyth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde in 1995. John then pursued a PhD in Applied Chemistry at the same institution, which they completed in 1998. Afterwards, they engaged in post-doctoral research at the Consejo Superior de Investigacion Cientificas (Insitituto de Ciencia y Technologia de Polimeros) from 1998 to 2000, focusing on Chemistry.
