Jim Shultz is a seasoned professional in product development engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Billerud since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing label and converting papers. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Verso Corporation in various roles, including Product Development/Business Development Engineer, focusing on specialty papers and leading projects across multiple mills. Earlier roles include Product Development Engineer at NewPage Corporation and Operations Supervisor at NewPage Luke Mill, as well as a long tenure as Product Engineer at Westvaco Fine Papers Division.
