Fernanda Kapp is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in regional human resources management across Latin America. Currently serving as Regional HR Manager for LATAM at Amcor, Fernanda is responsible for supporting leaders and employees in various HR initiatives related to people development and engagement. Prior to joining Amcor, Fernanda held the position of HR Manager at Grünenthal Group, where responsibilities included managing performance cycles and people development projects. Previous roles include Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Coordinator for Latin America at Otis Elevator Company, Compensation Analyst at Construtora Camargo Corrêa, Senior HR Analyst at C&A, and HR Analyst at Tintas Coral Ltda. Fernanda holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from USCS, and a bachelor's degree in Administração from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André.
