Donald White has extensive work experience in various technical roles. Donald began their career as a Web Developer at Long Island University Academic Computing from 1996 to 1997, where they created and maintained HTML documents for the university.

Donald then joined Reuters Information Technology in 1997 as a Senior Programmer, where they updated and executed performance test scripts using SilkPerformer to identify system performance bottlenecks. Donald worked there until 2003.

In 2004, Donald joined DealerTrack Inc as an Associate Software Engineer, where they played a lead role in a project centralizing information and incorporating AJAX for auto completion. Donald also served as a Quality Assurance/Deployment Associate, organizing meetings and performing code deployments to different environments until 2009.

Currently, they are employed at Ambassador Education Solutions as a Senior QA Analyst and recently transitioned into the role of a Senior Technical Support Specialist in March 2021.

Donald White obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from LIU Post, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY / C. W. Post Campus, completing their studies between 1999 and 2002.
