Raoul oversees a global air haul network comprising over 110 aircraft, 70 on-airport facilities, and 14,000 employees, having previously held various leadership roles within Amazon Global Air, focusing on network expansion and operational performance. Prior to Amazon, Raoul was Managing Director of Marketing at TNT, contributing to a successful turnaround and eventual acquisition by FedEx, and held senior sales positions at DHL, leading a significant U.S. turnaround initiative. Raoul's early career included roles at Citigroup, managing ultra-high-net-worth clients, and strategic planning at Neptune Orient Lines. Raoul holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Michigan and A-Level qualifications from Ampleforth College.
