Afton G. Palmer, MS, CHC, RYT, serves as a Health and Wellness Coach at The Reflective Lotus LLC since March 2022, focusing on innovative wellness techniques. Afton also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor of Mindfulness and Career Development Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, where responsibilities include developing partnerships and stakeholder relationships. As a member of the American Marketing Association Cincinnati, Afton has held multiple leadership roles, including Immediate Past President and VP of Member Recruitment & Inclusion, successfully promoting marketing's significance and fostering inclusivity. Afton has extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing, with previous roles at pep, LLC, Cincy Brew Bus, and Sunrise Advertising, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Health and Wellness Management and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
