Michelle Cosper has extensive experience in lift operations, currently serving as Lift Operations Supervisor at Alyeska Resort & The Hotel Alyeska since November 2001. In this role, Michelle oversees year-round operations, managing a staff of 10-50 while ensuring the safe operation of 6 aerial and 2 surface lifts, all in compliance with ANSI codes and high customer service standards. Prior experience includes a position in Lift Operations at Alta ski area from November 1999 to April 2001, which involved loading chairs, snow removal, and passenger assistance. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Interpretation from Humboldt State University and an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Golden West College.
