Kim Nigro started their work experience in 2016 as a Sourcing Specialist Intern at MATRIX Resources. Kim consulted with senior recruiters and account executives to identify job requirements and efficiently source candidates through technology staffing solutions. Kim also established search strings and sourcing strategies using various search engines. In 2016, they moved on to Airgas where they worked as an HR Coordinator. In this role, they handled payroll, attendance, and time tracking, scheduled and interviewed job candidates, led new hire orientations, and managed employee profiles using SAP and Kronos systems. Kim also handled HR and payroll documents and managed communication with vendors. At Airgas, they developed a new OSHA and Material Safety training program. In 2017, Kim Nigro held two roles. Kim worked at AlTi Tiedemann Global as an Associate in Human Resources and at Threshold Group as an HR/Payroll Associate.

Kim Nigro completed a Bachelor's Degree in Geography with a minor in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas, attending from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, in January 2019, Kim obtained certification as a Notary Public through the State of Washington.
