Sneha Sonawane has a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement. Sneha started their career at Schneider Electric, where they worked on employee engagement initiatives for a short period of time. Sneha then moved on to Dsource training & placement services, where they gained experience as a Team Leader, managing a team of 10 recruiters and coordinating with clients. In 2016, they joined Xtensible Software Technologies as a Team Leader in Recruitment, focusing on IT recruitment for various positions. Currently, Sneha is working at Synechron as a Lead in Recruitment, primarily focused on IT end to end recruitment for a wide range of positions.

Sneha Sonawane completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Mathoshri College of Management And Research Center in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree, focusing on International Business, from B.Y.K College Of Commerce in 2012.
