Annika Norberg is an experienced professional in executive research consulting, currently serving as a Senior Executive Research Consultant at Alumni since August 2021. With a focus on talent and leadership development, Alumni has supported various companies in enhancing their competitive edge. Prior to this role, Annika worked for Compass Human Resources Group - SWEDEN from August 2012 to July 2021, progressing through several positions including Senior Research Consultant, where responsibilities included recruitment for key management and specialist roles. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Hospital Play Specialist at Karolinska University Hospital - Astrid Lindgren Children’s Hospital, where Annika dedicated over 14 years to working with children and families in a specialized healthcare setting. Annika holds a Bachelor of Education in Child and Youth Education from Stockholm Institute of Education and a degree in Economics from Centrala Gymnasiet, Umeå.
