Alexis Brayton currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Alumis since April 2024. Previously, Alexis held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Graphite Bio from January 2022 to February 2023 and served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Principia Biopharma from March 2020 to March 2021. With extensive experience as an HR and Staffing Consultant, Alexis has worked independently since October 2012, providing full-cycle recruiting services primarily to start-ups in the Bay Area. Notable positions also include recruiting and staffing consultant roles at various companies, including Aduro Biotech, Ripple Foods, and Gamelan Sekar Jaya. Alexis holds a Master of Fine Arts from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
