Akila Madusanka possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager - Engineering at Alumex PLC since October 2014, with previous roles including Engineering Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Service Engineer at LAUGFS Gas from February to November 2014. Akila holds a B.Sc. Eng (Hons) from the University of Moratuwa, where studies were completed in October 2015, alongside an M.Sc. in Industrial Automation and AMIE (SL). Additional education was attained at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) from December 2013 to December 2014.
