Brett Carlson, MSTM, currently serves as Sr Manager of Engineering at nVent since October 2023. Previously, Brett was the Director of Design and Development at RedGroup, a Carlisle Brand, overseeing a team in the industrial design and engineering consulting of customer medical devices. Brett's extensive experience includes leadership roles at AMR Robotics in various engineering capacities, directing advanced technology development at Tennant Company, and managing new product development at Graco. Additional experience encompasses engineering and operational management roles at Crenlo and Atlas Manufacturing, as well as engineering positions at FMC Technologies and Northfield Freezing. Brett holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas, a certification in Platform Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Southwest Minnesota State University.
