Prince Dhinakaran P has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Manager at Altrata since February 2011, where significant achievements include increasing headcount from 50 to 250 within 1.5 years through effective talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this role, Prince worked as a Research Associate at Associated Search Professionals Pvt Ltd from July 2010 to January 2011, focusing on recruitment across various management levels in both IT and non-IT sectors. Prince holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Karunya School of Management (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai (2003-2007).
