Catherine Sham is an experienced talent management and acquisition professional, currently serving as Manager of Talent Management and Acquisition at Compass Offices since May 2018. Prior to this, Catherine held positions including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company, which has been a prominent serviced office provider since 2009, expanding across several Asian countries. From December 2012 to April 2018, Catherine worked at CHOYCE, where responsibilities included recruiting for the banking and financial sectors and managing a team of consultants. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Catherine holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Social Policy and Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Education was completed at Maryknoll Convent School.
