James Merritt possesses a diverse background in technology and reliability, currently serving as a Reliability Specialist at Alton Steel, Inc. since August 2019. Prior to this role, James gained valuable experience in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Integrated Avionics Technician from August 2015 to August 2019. Academically, James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in May 2022, following an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Lewis and Clark Community College in May 2015.
