Jill Bone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. As Chief People Officer at Alteryx since November 2020, Jill leads a team of over 60 in talent acquisition, development, and operations. Additionally, Jill serves as Acting Chief People Officer at GoodTime and was previously Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Workday, where responsibilities included developing executive talent acquisition strategies globally. Prior to Workday, Jill spent six years at Salesforce, rising to Vice President of Recruiting while managing substantial talent acquisition teams. Earlier in the career, Jill held various roles at Korn/Ferry International and Internet Capital Group, focusing on executive recruiting and research. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree from Ferris State University.
