Sarah Praschan-Shears is an instructional designer with expertise in identifying training needs and developing diverse learning experiences. Currently employed at Alteris Group since February 2022, Sarah facilitates client meetings and partners with teams to implement learning technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a co-owner of Shears Home Solutions, training specialist at Inforum managing leadership development programs, administrative coordinator at the Perinatology Research Branch, and research and governance intern at Pingree Detroit. Sarah is pursuing a Master of Education in Learning Design & Technology at Wayne State University, having previously obtained a degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University.
