Adrian Leech, CFA, CBV has a diverse work experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, and valuations. Adrian is currently the Director of Corporate Strategy at Altea Healthcare since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Healthstore Holdings from January 2021 to November 2022. From January 2020 to January 2021, Adrian served as an entrepreneur, corporate development, and M&A advisor. Adrian worked at Deloitte Canada as the Vice President of Investment Banking from June 2018 to January 2020 and as a Senior Associate from December 2016 to June 2018. Adrian also worked as an Associate in mid-market investment banking at CIBC from August 2016 to November 2016. Adrian began their career at MNP as an Associate in valuations from July 2012 to August 2016, where they developed financial models, completed fairness opinions, and created pitch books.

Adrian Leech, CFA, CBV has a Bachelor of General Studies degree with a major in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University. Adrian also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program at the CFA Institute. In addition, Adrian has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Financial and Valuation Modeling course from Wall Street Prep. Adrian also attended the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
