Gary Dickey has a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Gary began their career in 1997 as an Executive District Sales Manager (DSM) at Organon, where they provided sales leadership, recruitment, and management of an 11-member business team. In 2005, they moved to Medtronic as a DSM, where they developed and organized the clinical sales strategy across two districts. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at MicaGenix, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's marketing strategy, sales strategy, and tactical business planning. In 2012, they joined Covidien as an Energy Expert, where they oversaw disposable and capital equipment sales to multiple call points. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at AstraZeneca as a District Sales Specialist. In 2019, they joined AltaThera Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were integral in building the company's marketing strategy, sales development program, product training, human resources dynamics, quarterly bonus plan, and performance review process.

Gary Dickey attended Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University\u2013Purdue University Indianapolis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology/Kinesiology & Education.
