Deena's tenure at Novo Nordisk spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Market Access Director and various sales leadership positions, achieving substantial revenue growth and leadership accolades. An early career at Johnson and Johnson, Wagner Industries, and Dunbrooke Company enhanced Deena's expertise in sales management and operational efficiencies. Deena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Logistics, and Transportation from Missouri State University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
