Crystal Blair, CBAP®, currently serves as the Business Process Optimization Lead at ReVisionz Inc. since October 2023, focusing on business process documentation and asset information management for various clients. Previously, Crystal held the role of Senior Business Analyst (Contract) at AltaGas Ltd. since July 2021, contributing to the successful completion of the Intelex implementation for the Environment, Health & Safety team and engaging in continuous improvements across multiple processes. With extensive experience as a Business Analyst across various companies, including Shaw Communications, ATB Financial, and Inter Pipeline, Crystal has consistently demonstrated expertise in capturing business requirements, documenting processes, and managing system enhancements, underscored by a solid educational background that includes Prosci® training and multiple diplomas from institutions like Mount Royal University and Lakeland College.
