Danny Thomas has extensive experience in the telecommunications and service industry, currently serving as Data NOC Manager at altafiber since January 2018 and as Advanced Technology Services Team Lead at Cincinnati Bell since February 2012. In this latter role, Danny is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for evolving product offerings and acts as an escalation point for support team members, available 24/7/365 to address customer issues. Previous experience includes positions as a Maintenance Worker at Viox Services and as a Stock Plan Services Representative at Fidelity Investments. Danny holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
