Kasper Worm has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2018. Kasper started their career as a Sales Assistant, Electronics at føtex, Dansk Supermarked Group, where they worked from April 2012 to May 2013. In 2013, Kasper joined Den Kongelige Livgarde as a Royal Life Guard and served until March 2014. Kasper then worked as an Android Developer at Checktom Group ApS from August 2016 to December 2016. Kasper's most recent role was at Alpha Solutions, where they initially interned from January 2018 to June 2018 before being hired as a Software Developer / IT Consultant, starting in July 2018.

Kasper Worm has a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Copenhagen Business Academy, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an AP Degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 2014 to 2017, specializing in Computer Programming/Programmer, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kasper also obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer from Salesforce in July 2020.
