Cristina Lopez Yepez has over 15 years of work experience. CRISTINA began their career in 2004 as a Quality Management Team Leader for SGS, where they mentored and trained three coordinators, delivered staff training, identified shortfalls in various company departments, and implemented workplace-training programs. CRISTINA then moved on to become a Quality Improvement Coordinator and National Coordinator, where they introduced management systems, identified department requirements, objectives and goals, and conducted workplace-training sessions. In 2011, they became the Business Owner and General Manager of Timber Flooring Masters, where they maintained a profitable business with an increasing number of customers. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Analyst for The Community Network. Finally, in 2014 they joined Alpha-H as an Operations & HR Manager, where they improved business processes and successfully implemented and certified ISO 9001 and Cosmetics GMP 22716. In 2019, they became the Quality Systems Manager in the Cosmetics Manufacturing, where they manage a small Quality team and is responsible for product compliance for different markets.
Cristina Lopez Yepez has a diverse educational background. CRISTINA obtained a Bachelor in Science Fishery Engineering from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina between 1996 and 2002. In 2004 and 2005 they completed a Specialist degree in Total Quality Management Systems and Productivity from the same institution. In 2012 they completed a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety from The University of Queensland. That same year they also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bond University, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014 they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Bond University. In 2016 they obtained an additional certification in On Becoming a Moral Leader from LinkedIn.
