Claire Dun has worked in a variety of roles in the food and hospitality industries over the past decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Restaurant Supervisor at Stenden University Hotel. One year later, they were promoted to University Canteen Manager at the same organization. In 2012, they moved to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager, where they managed and developed OTA websites. In 2015, they joined Emu Tracks as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where they handled social media management, website design, content marketing, SEO & SEM, and translation. In 2017, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager (Asia Pacific) at NuLac Foods, where they helped to establish the No. 1 AU-made Goat Dairy Adult milk powder. In 2018, they became the Director - China Sales & Marketing at Meade Farm Pty Ltd, where they co-founded the brand Caldermeade Farm and achieved 0-1 growth. Claire also lead the design and development of the milk powder-based food and cosmetic range from scratch to 7 SKUs. Finally, in 2020, they became the Key Account Manager - Greater China & SEA at Alpha-H.
Claire Dun obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden in 2013. Claire then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Adelaide in 2014. In 2015, they completed a Diploma of Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy.
