Glenn J. Lutz is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering with extensive experience in the construction and petrochemical sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Excom Member at Almabani General Contractors since October 2023, Glenn previously held the position of GM, Mega Project Development at SABIC, overseeing large-project capital programs until November 2024. As Global President of Project Execution at Arcadis from September 2018 to May 2023, Glenn ensured globally consistent project execution services across various business units. Prior to that, Glenn had a lengthy tenure at Fluor from May 1994 to July 2018, where roles included Vice President of Project Management and General Manager of Fluor Arabia Limited, demonstrating leadership in substantial petrochemical projects, including the $27 billion RAPID program in Malaysia. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, earned between 1989 and 1994.
