Teresa Nunes is the Chief Medical Officer at Allucent since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in medical affairs and clinical development. Prior to this role, Teresa served as VP, Global Head of Medical Affairs at Premier Research, where responsibilities included leading teams in pharmacovigilance and clinical development across multiple therapeutic areas. Teresa's career also includes significant positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and BlueClinical, focusing on global portfolio strategy and clinical development support for startups, respectively. Earlier experience at BIAL involved heading clinical development and drug safety teams, managing Phase I to III studies in over 40 countries, and interacting with regulatory authorities. Teresa Nunes holds an MD from Universidade de Coimbra and advanced degrees in Clinical Pharmacology and Business Administration.
