Andrew Brancato is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology at Allied Global Marketing since August 2019, Andrew oversees global help desk operations for 26 offices across four continents and provides high-level support to over 500 users, including senior leadership, utilizing tools like TeamViewer. Previously, between October 2013 and July 2020, Andrew worked as a Support Analyst at Putnam Hospital Center, where responsibilities included technical troubleshooting for various hardware and network peripherals as well as ensuring the functionality of computerized medication dispensing systems.
