Laurent Piguet serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Information and Solution Architect at SPORTFIVE, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and operations for major global sporting events. With experience as CEO of Innovalue, Piguet contributed to strategic development and technology transfers for various clients, including assisting Leclanché SA in acquiring micro-battery technology. As Director of the Spin-off and Startup Program at EPFL Innovation Park, Piguet played a pivotal role in establishing a business incubator and supported the creation of 23 companies. Other notable positions include Co-Founder and Vice President of Fourth Planet, Inc., where Piguet focused on software solutions for complex problems, and Software Architect at NASA Ames Research Center, where Piguet developed award-winning data visualization software. Piguet's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Microengineering from EPFL and certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
