Gena (Duren) Voights is an experienced professional in human resources and systems management, currently serving as the Manager of People Systems at Alliant Energy. Gena has held various managerial roles at SSM Health, including Manager of Workday HCM/HRIS and Manager of Human Resource Systems, as well as working as an HR Systems Analyst. Prior to SSM Health, Gena gained experience as a Compensation Analyst at Dean Clinic. Gena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Edgewood College between 2001 and 2005.
