Kevin FitzPatrick is an experienced project manager currently serving as Vice President at Alliant Capital - A Walker & Dunlop Company since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held project management positions at Construction Management & Development, Inc. from April 2021 to September 2023, and at Urban Atelier Group from January 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Jamestown as an Associate Project Manager for Industry City (2017-2019), Shawmut Design and Construction as an Assistant Project Manager (2016-2017), and Otis Elevator Company as a Sales Account Manager and Project Manager (2012-2016). Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College, graduating in 2011, and attended The Loomis Chaffee School from 2003 to 2007.
