Rick Dielman has a strong background in business development and account management. Rick has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales activities, resource development, and customer service. Rick has worked with large employer groups, mid-sized companies, small businesses, unions, nonprofits, and government agencies across the United States. Rick was a Chief Account Executive at Alliance Work Partners from 2012 until the present, where they were responsible for various administrative duties. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Business Development at the same company from 1995 to 2012. Before joining Alliance Work Partners, they were the Director of the TX DFWP Initiative at Workers Assistance Program, where they managed workplace policy development for thousands of employers.
Rick Dielman attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1972 to 1974, where they studied Psychology. Rick also completed coursework in Counseling Psychology at Tarrant County College. Additionally, Rick has a certification in CEAP from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
