Ernie Earth has extensive experience in community service and social work, currently serving as a Student Volunteer at Alliance for Aging, Inc. since October 2018, where responsibilities include educating staff and clients at elderly living facilities about identity theft, scams, and elder abuse. Additionally, Ernie seeks opportunities to offer the Aging Mastery Program and recruit speakers for its classes. Previous roles include Resident Manager at Better Way of Miami, Inc. from June 2012 to June 2016, where engagement included working towards certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor, and Office Manager at Hope In Miami Beach from February 2008 to December 2010, facilitating vital paperwork for homeless individuals. Ernie Earth holds an Associate in Arts Degree from Miami Dade College, awarded in August 1997, and has completed coursework at Florida International University - School of Social Work between 2015 and 2017.
