Mirko Radi has extensive experience in human resources and fundraising, with a focus on face-to-face recruitment and team management. Currently serving as F2F - Operational Locational at UNICEF Italia since July 2022, Mirko has previously held roles including HR-recruiter at Gruppo Sanimedica and face-to-face specialist at Fondazione per l'UNICEF, where responsibilities included recruitment planning, budget management, and KPI monitoring. An earlier tenure at Greenpeace involved leading teams and achieving fundraising objectives, while initial experiences included roles in account management and marketing instruction. Mirko holds a Master Executive in Human Resource Management from GEMA - Business School and a degree in International Communication from Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
