Angelika Horstmeier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate services and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Vice President - Head of Corporate Services at Alliance Advisors since August 2022, Angelika also leads Northern EMEA operations. Previously, Angelika held the position of Director for ESG, Corporate Governance & M&A Advisory at S&P Global Market Intelligence from March 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, Angelika was a Director of Research and Analysis at IHS Markit and spent nearly a decade at Ipreo as Director of Global Corporate Advisory Services. Angelika's career began at D.F.King Limited as Head of the German Department and Senior Associate, and earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at Georgeson Shareholder. Angelika holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Westminster and a GNVQ in Environment and Architecture from Cambridge Regional College.
