Prior to this role, Jed Hughes worked as a Senior Director at Spencer Stuart from October 1999 to February 2012. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan, an M.A. in Education from Stanford University, and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
