Aja Michael-Keller is an experienced communications leader currently serving as the Director of Communications at Allen County Public Library since August 2022. Previously, Aja held various roles at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana from June 2011 to August 2022, including Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, Director of Marketing and Events, Director of Events, Enrichment, and Conferencing, and Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, focusing on special events, community engagement, and logistical management. Aja also worked as an Education Advocate for YWCA Northeast Indiana from February 2006 to May 2011, promoting awareness of domestic violence issues and providing case management. Aja holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology, an Associate of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ivy Tech Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Manchester University.
