Blanca Arcas Serrate began their work experience with an internship at ITC in the Communication Department in 2008. Blanca later interned at Abertis Telecom in the Wireless Communication Department. Blanca then worked at TEOCO as a Product Service Engineer and later as a RAN Technology Specialist. Following that, Blanca joined Airspan Networks as a Senior Systems Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Systems Engineer at ALL.SPACE, specializing in system development and analysis.

Blanca Arcas Serrate completed their Telecommunications Engineering degree with a specialization in Systems Telecommunications at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2010. Blanca then pursued a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering and Management (MASTEAM) at the same university from 2010 to 2012.
