Milica Obradovic has a diverse work experience. Milica started their career as a Digital Advisory Consultant and E-commerce Store Manager at ALKEMY S.P.A. in January 2017 and worked until September 2018. Milica then joined Nunatac | an element of Alkemy as a Quantitative Analyst in July 2019 and worked until August 2022. Currently, they are working as a Data Analyst at Alkemy enabling evolution, starting in September 2022.

Milica Obradovic completed their Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, from 2010 to 2014. In 2011 to 2012, they also studied Economics at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Later, from 2018 to 2019, Milica pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
