Shantanu P. currently serves as Lead Quality Engineer at AliveCor, where responsibilities include representing Product Quality in cross-functional teams for new product development and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previously at Berkshire Grey, Shantanu held the role of Senior Product Quality Engineer, focusing on FMEA development, verification and validation activities, and supplier quality issues. Prior experience includes roles at DePuy Synthes Companies as a Design Quality Engineer, where Shantanu led validation reports and risk management activities, and responsibilities as a Graduate Student Researcher at Binghamton University, optimizing 3D printing processes. Shantanu started a career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the Automotive Research Association of India, contributing to the design of an optimized cooling test rig. Shantanu holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
