Wade Fletcher has extensive work experience in the medical field. Wade started their career in 1999 as an Internal Medicine Resident Physician in the United States Air Force, where they later became an Internal Medicine Physician. After leaving the Air Force in 2006, they joined Memorial Health University Medical Center and Mercer School of Medicine as the Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency. In 2008, Wade became the Medical Director of the Physician Assistant Studies program at South University. In 2015, they joined Pompano Beach Internal Medicine as an Internist in private practice. Their most recent role is as the Regional Medical Director at Alignment Healthcare, which they started in 2016.
Wade Fletcher completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Duke University from 1991 to 1995. Wade then pursued further education at Tulane University School of Medicine, where they received their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, Wade Fletcher obtained certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in August 2002.
