Jeremy Normington-Slay serves as the President and CEO of Firelands Regional Health System since October 2018. Previously, Jeremy held the positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Regional President at Ascension from October 2014 to October 2018, and President and CEO at Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics from January 2008 to October 2014. Jeremy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science, Master of Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Concordia University-Wisconsin, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Plymouth State University.
