Nicolas Passaro has a diverse work experience, beginning with their internship at Whiskey Films in 2012. Nicolas then became a Student Assistant IT Specialist at Suffolk University in 2014. The same year, they also co-founded Strada Home LLC, where they managed FBA inventory, customer satisfaction, support processes, and online marketing. In 2015, they became a Marketing & Growth Hacker Co-op and Project Manager at Eat Your Coffee. In 2017, they took on the role of Member Success Co-op at Alignable, where they managed a team of four Member Success Agents. In 2018, they were promoted to Product Management and Global Markets Expansion Analyst and then to Member Success and Global Markets Expansion Analyst at Alignable. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Owner at Venbos Media.

Nicolas Passaro began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended Colegio Integral El Avila CIEA, where they completed their High School studies in Sciences in 2012. In 2015, they began their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration studies at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Finance. In 2018, they became a Candidate for the degree. In 2021, they obtained a Product Manager Certificate from Product School.
