Wikal currently works as a Product Manager at KaryaKarsa, where they oversee the company's UX, Business, and Tech aspects. Prior to this, they held roles such as UI/UX Co Facilitator at Halodoc, UI/UX Designer at PT Lingker Indonesia Digital, and UX Mentor at Skilvul. Wikal has also worked as a Lecturer Tutor at the School of Business and Management ITB and as a Digital Marketing Lead at Score Campus. Additionally, they have experience as an Instructor and UX Advisor at CodePolitan, a UX Mentor Assistant at Markoding, and a UI/UX Designer at PT. Paron Indonesia. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Researcher at Finansialku.com.

Wikal Pratama has a diverse education history in the field of computer science and software engineering. Wikal attended Universitas Komputer Indonesia from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended SMK Telekomunikasi Telesandi from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Wikal Pratama has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In March 2020, they completed the "UX Designer: Digital Product Development" course from Skill Academy. Wikal also obtained certifications in UX Training for E-Commerce, UX Training for Website, and UX Training for Mobile Apps from UX Specialty between 2018 and 2019. Furthermore, in February 2018, they completed the "Coding bootcamp Web Front end" course from CodePolitan.
