April McHale has extensive experience working in healthcare sales and business development. April started as a Care Manager at Your Care Brevard in 2012 and then worked as a healthcare sales consultant at ECR Pharmaceuticals in 2013. April was also a Board of Directors member at Space Coast Mental Health Care Association, where they worked on the marketing committee and initiated cost-effective advertising ideas. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Executive Consultant at Confidential Consulting, LLC. April later became a Hospital Sales Representative at VITAS Healthcare from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development professional at First Choice Medical Group Physical Therapy before joining Amedisys in July 2021 as an Account Executive. Additionally, they served as a Board of Directors member and workshop chair at the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association from 2016 to 2017 and as a Presenter at Balancing Life's Issues from 2012 to 2014.

April McHale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2003. April continued their education at Webster University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from 2009-2013.
